I am currently working on a collection based on Marmite. It is a ‘love it or hate it’ brand. Obviously I love it! It sits well with my other collections of British brands like the ‘Brexit means Brexit’ Baked Bean cans and the Table decoration piece ‘Ode to Kitsch and Pop Art”. It’s been fun working on these pieces. I have made large Marmite pots with lids with can sit on top of the piece or beside it. I have made tiles for the wall made from casting slip and I have just completed a large platter/tray. I show a selection of my pieces below.
